Green America's Green Business Conference to be held in San Francisco
People who have made environmentally friendly practices the focus of their business careers will come together at Green America's eighth annual Green Business conference in San Francisco.
The theme of this year's symposium is New Ways to Prosper in the New Economy, which aims to educate green businesses on developing and validating themselves amidst current economic conditions.
Green business leaders will offer advice to on starting and growing a sustainable business by providing marketing and financial models.
The conference will also provide a platform for those interested in environmentally driven business to network and make connections with one another.
Other topics to be addressed at the conference include the impact of President Obama's stimulus package on the green industry, expert advice on best practices for nurturing a green business and managerial approaches to unstable times.
"Today's businesses are operating in a world characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity," said Bob Johansen, author of Leaders Make the Future, who will speak at the conference.
